Culmárex Seabream "Ajo Pescador"
For two people - Preparation time: 40 minutes.-
INGREDIENTS: 1 Culmárex Seabream of 800 grams, 1 small cauliflower, 1 zucchini, parsley, egg, curry, oil, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, bay leaf and garlic..
PREPARATION:
1.- Scale and gut the Seabream, removing the two fillets. Overlay the garlic and cut into strips the cauliflower and zucchini.
2.- Make a dough with curry, parsley, salt, add two beaten eggs and a tablespoon of butter. Knead in the form of tiles and fry in olive oil, along with the sliced garlic.
3.- Cover the fillets of the Seabream with lemon juice and season.
4.- Cover the fillets with sliced garlic and add two tablespoons of vinegar.
5.- Oven all for 3 minutes at 190 ° C.
6.- Serve the Seabream fillets with the curry tiles.
